I am considered an out-of-network insurance provider. If you have a plan that allows you to see an out-of-network provider (most PPO plans), your insurance will reimburse a portion of my fee once you meet your deductible. I bill my clients at the time of service and will provide you with the forms for you to seek reimbursement for your insurance provider. My fees are as follows:

Couple initial assessment (1 hour) $430
Couple ongoing sessions (50 min) $390

Individual initial assessment (50-55 min) $390
Individual ongoing sessions (45 min) $360

Family initial assessment (1 hour) $430
Family ongoing sessions (1 hour) $430
